Our M16 style extractor upgrade for the Remington 700 rifle is the single most important performance upgrade to this platform you can make. The Remington factory extractors are weak and prone to malfunctions and failure. Upgrading to the M16 extractor results in reliable and authoritative cartridge extraction and ejection and improves feeding. We currently use the Badger Ordinance M16 extractor for standard, magnum and Lapua magnum caliber conversion.
