  • Do you ship to customers outside of the U.S.A?
    Sorry, we currently do not ship internationally.
  • I received something different than what I ordered, what now?
    Whether you selected the wrong item or options, or the mistake was on our end, either way it’s no problem but it’s important to let us know as soon as possible. Once we are made aware of the issue, we will immediately send you an email with a return label. Place the incorrect items in the original shipping box, if possible, and ship the item back to us. Once we receive the return, we will ship the correct items back to you.
  • My package was lost, stolen or damaged, what do I do?
    If your package was lost, stolen or damaged in route, the first step is to contact the carrier and file a claim. This issue must be dealt with via the shipper. Once the case is closed/resolved, Salmon River Armory may, at our sole discretion, replace the product at a discounted rate.
  • Can I return an item for refund or store credit?
    Yes, within 30 days of the original purchase and if your item is new and still in the original packaging, send us an email and we will send you a label to return the product for a refund of the product price. Shipping charges are not refunded. If you have had the item for more than 30 days, but less than 90, we will issue store credit for the item.
  • What if I receive a defective item or the product fails during use?
    We stand by all our products. All our products are covered by a lifetime, no B.S. warranty against material and workmanship defects. Our products are engineered to perform even in the roughest environments. If one of our products fails, anytime during its intended use, we want to know and make it right. Contact us by phone or email and we will walk you through the process to get a replacement item.
  • What is your "Flat Rate Shipping" policy?
    Our shipping policy is simple: All products, and any number of items, ships for one flat rate of just $10.00
  • Will Either the G2SA or the G2LA Ruger American arca rails fit Gen 1 Stocks?
    Yes, these will fit late model Gen 1 Ruger American stocks manufactured after about 2017. These late models will typically also have a removable magazine well. The main difference between the early and late versions of the Gen 1 stocks (relative to the installation of our rail system), is the support webbing in the barrel channel. Sometime around 2017, the Ruger added two pre-molded hex pockets in this area that are used as mounting points for our rails. The best way to determine compatibility is to remove the barreled action from the stock and look in the barrel channel, if these hex pockets are present, then our products will fit.
  • How easy is it to install the Ruger American Arca Rail system?
    Anyone with basic mechanical abilities and common hand tools can install this rail system within about five minutes. Refer to our installation video for step-by-step instructions.
  • Will the Ruger American Arca Rail system fit the new Gen II Ruger Americans?
    Yes, this system was designed for the Ruger American Gen 2 rifles. There is a difference between the short action and long action versions (G2SA/G2LA), so verify your model before ordering. To assist with this, we have listed the calibers that correspond to the short and long action in product descriptions.
  • Will the Ruger American Arca Rail system improve stiffness of the fore end?
    Yes, this system will GREATLY improve the rigidity of the OEM Gen1 & Gen2 Ruger stock fore-ends. This is one of the primary design advantages of this system.
