Salmon River Armory started with a simple frustration: most quality shooting accessories were designed around expensive and custom rifles, while millions of hunters and shooters using factory rifles were left with universal-fit compromises.
So we made it our mission to build something different.
From our shop in Salmon, Idaho, we design and manufacture model-specific upgrades for America’s most popular factory rifles, including the Ruger American, Savage Axis and 110, and Tikka T3x. Rather than adapting universal products, we engineer our accessories around the rifle—its geometry, mounting points, and how it will actually be used.
We rigorously engineer our rail systems for the demands of real-world hunting and shooting, while putting just as much thought into making them easy to install. From utilizing existing stock features to developing purpose-built mounting systems, drill guides, and hardware, our goal is to make installation straightforward for the average rifle owner without specialized tools or gunsmithing experience.
We focus on precise fit, straightforward installation, practical performance, and American manufacturing—bringing the engineering and capability typically associated with high-end equipment to the factory rifles people actually own and use.
